At PARFINO we work with an international shipping model that allows us to reach more than 90 countries worldwide, always with 100% free shipping and no minimum purchase.
Delivery times
Our orders are shipped directly from our international distribution centers. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country:
- United States: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan: 4 to 8 business days
- All other countries: 4 to 12 business days
These times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions or carrier issues.
Order processing
Once your payment is confirmed, your order begins processing for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email and, when available, a tracking number to follow the status of your shipment.
Free worldwide shipping
The shipping cost is included in the price of your products: we do not charge any additional shipping fees to any of the more than 90 countries we cover.
Duties, taxes and customs
As these are international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes or customs fees in your country. These costs, if applicable, are paid by the buyer and are set by the authorities of your country of residence; PARFINO has no control over them and does not include them in the sale price.
Delivery delays
If your order goes beyond the estimated time for your country with no updates, contact us and we will check the status of your shipment with the carrier.
